The basic legal act according to which Emerge Soft processes personal data of the Users is the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as ‘General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR’.

LinkedIn is a business and employment-oriented service that operates via websites and mobile apps. It is mainly used for professional networking, including employers posting jobs and job seekers posting their CVs. LinkedIn is based in Sunnyvale, California, U.S.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a freemium web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic, currently as a platform inside the Google Marketing Platform brand. Whenever someone visits a website that uses Google Analytics, Google tracks that visit via the users’ IP address in order to determine the user’s approximate geographic location.


The information provided will be added to our internal systems for further processing. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Personal data shall be kept only for the time necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which it was transmitted or to ensure compliance. We retain Personal Information about you when we have an ongoing legitimate interest or for the period necessary to fulfill all the purposes described in this privacy policy. The length of time for which we retain personal information depends on the purposes for which we collect personal information and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws.
